This stunning hotel property is comprised of nine buildings that somehow all work together to feel like one gorgeous unified space. Recently opened on North Palm Canyon Drive this new build it fits right into the area, thanks in part to its public areas like retail space and restaurants that face the sidewalk, making the whole hotel feel accessible.
Built around a central pool courtyard, the modern design encompasses plenty of wood and metal so it feels cool and modern.
The restaurants on site include Reservoir, which features cocktails and a view over the pool area (warning: you’ll pay for ice in your drinks. True Story), as well as the hip new Draughtsman.

If you like to stay small, Holiday House is a 28-room boutique hotel now open in downtown Palm Springs. The hotel property actually dates back to 1951, and has undergone an extensive re-work and modernization. With no TVs in the rooms the hotel is all about relaxing and unplugging and having conversations. The design of the hotel is meant to be communal, and guests are encouraged to hang out in the common spaces and get to know their neighbours.
Guests can also enjoy The Pantry, where “classic, simple Americana fare” plus cocktails and drinks are available through the day.

If you’re looking for a hotel that feel small but looks expansive, Las Sirenas Villas may be the place for you.
Originally built in 1933 and redeveloped in 2016, this historic property sits on over an acre of landscaped grounds in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, and you’re still within walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive.
With just 18 rooms, the secluded private villas in the hotel each have a private patio with a claw foot tub, fire-pit, and built in benches. A restaurant and bar opens July 1st, 2017.

Slated to open its doors in 2018, Andaz Palm Springs hotel is aiming for a sophisticated urban resort experience. Owned by Hyatt Hotels this 150-room Palm Springs luxury complex will be located in the heart of downtown, near the Uptown Design District.
Plans show the hotel has been conceived as a collection of small buildings and guest room bungalows surrounding not one but two outdoor pools plus garden areas and an elevated patio terrace, so expect panoramic views of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains and city.
